Touring the Peak District in Classic Cars 2024

Announcing the latest all-new video on our YouTube channel, featuring members with their classics on tour in England's original National Park, the Peak District. Travelling in convoy featuring cars from Jaguar, MG, Ford, Triumph, Rover and more, our group passes through several lovely towns and villages and stops to admire the breathtaking views at beauty spots such as the Errwood Reservoir, Embridge Causeway, Holme Moss and Winnats Pass to name but a few.

New video: Classic Cars Touring Norfolk 2024

Features our regular club touring section hitting the road for the first time in Norfolk in South East England. Attractions visited include RNLI Happisburgh, the Mickleburgh Military Collection and the towns of Cromer and Great Yarmouth. Members cars on this tour include a Rover P5b, 2 x MGBGTs, a Mitsubishi Sapporo, Austin Sprite, Jaguar XJ6 Coupe, 2 x Ford Granada Estates, a Volvo 240, VW Beetle, Ford Mondeo MK1, Escort XR3i and a Rover 216 Cabriolet.

Classic Cars tour North Devon in February 2024

Classic Cars touring North Devon in February 2024 is a record of our club run in February 2024 to help member Gar celebrate his birthday. Cars taking part included a Rover P5b Coupe, a Jaguar XJ6, a Jaguar 420, an MGF, an MG RV8, a Triumph 2500, a MK2 Ford Granada Estate, a Ford Escort RS Turbo and a Mercedes CL500. The weather was typically February, but all the same a great time was had.

Our 2023 program of activities continues with a club run in the beautiful Shropshire hills. The tour begins at Pearl Lake Holiday Park near Shobdon and includes Shobdon Airfield, Long Mynd, Ludlow town and Ironbridge.

It's February 2023 and the club's touring group descended on beautiful North Devon to celebrate events supremo Gar's birthday.

The cars included a Jensen Interceptor, Rover P5b Coupe, Triumph 2000, MGF, Escort RS Turbo, Escort 1600i, Ford Granada Estate, Mercedes CLS500, Mk1 Mondeo and a Rover 100.

Starting from their picturesque hotel, the group drove to a beach before stopping to experience the historic water-powered cliff railway connecting Lynton and Lynmouth.

Lastly a drive back through stunning coastal scenery completed the tour and a grand time was had by all.

It's taken hours of work gathering together video clips, photos and sound recordings to create the very last video from our epic North Coast 500 Scottish Tour but it's finally here!

Starting from Grantown-on-Spey, the intrepid tourists cruise in convoy into the beautiful Cairngorm Mountains of Scotland. Along the way they stop to admire lovely views, visit the Balmoral Estate including the Lochnagar Distillery (it would have been rude not to!) and onward to stop for a photo shoot beside the Forth Bridge and finally to the famous Kelpies, the Falkirk Wheel and at last the Scotland/England border.

Featuring video footage and images provided by Gar, Gus and Anthony along with some great voiceovers by Gar and editing by Paul, this is a real team venture and represents the culmination of a mammoth undertaking to document the 10-day driving tour. The complete video series totals almost 3 hours of footage, with much more left on the cutting room floor.
