We need your help to achieve monetisation of our YouTube videos

We are thrilled to see the enthusiasm and support our YouTube channel, "Enthusiasts of British Motor Vehicles" has been receiving lately (click here or in the image below to view the channel). However despite all our hard work and investment in audio visual equipment, time and energy it still earns the club nothing whatsoever, because we are falling short of the requirements that will trigger YouTube to monetise our videos. We need to achieve a minimum of 1000 subscribers and 4000 public watch hours per year.

We currently have just over 700 subscribers and 2,300 public watch hours - so whilst we have already come a long way, now we really need your help to get us there, which will benefit us all as it helps fund bigger and better club activities. As we aim to reach the threshold for monetization, we believe that together we can achieve this milestone and bring considerable financial benefits to our club. And don't worry, it won't cost you a penny!

Here’s how you can help:

1. Watch, Like, and Share Videos
Every view counts towards our watch hours. Encourage your friends, family, and fellow enthusiasts to watch our videos. Liking and sharing our content not only boosts engagement but also increases our visibility on YouTube.

2. Comment and Interact
Engagement metrics such as comments and discussions on videos are crucial for YouTube’s algorithm. Encourage meaningful conversations related to British motor vehicles in the comments section to enhance our video rankings. IMPORTANT: you must comment and like ON YOUTUBE itself - commenting and liking on Facebook - whilst always appreciated - does nothing to help us, unfortunately.

3. Subscribe to the Channel
Subscribers receive notifications when we upload new content. Encourage everyone interested in British motor vehicles to subscribe to our channel. More subscribers mean a broader audience base and increased potential for monetization.

4. Create Playlists
Organize our videos into playlists based on different themes or types of vehicles. Playlists can keep viewers engaged longer, contributing to our overall watch hours.
